Chimney Sweeping And Inspection
In addition to sweeping your chimney, we will perform a Level One Inspection in accordance with National Fire Protection Association's Code 211. Over the course of this inspection we will check clearance to combustibles, the condition of the flue lining system, the chimney crown, the chimney flashing, the condition of all visable bricks both above the roofline and anywhere they are visable and easily accessible in the home. At the end of this inspection we will provide you with an official inspection report via email. This inspection report also doubles as your invocie/reciept, so be sure to open it and read it. The inspection report will list any and all defects that your chimney may have. We will also provide you with a separate estimate to repair any and all defects we find in your chimney system. *** PLEASE DO NOT BURN YOUR FIREPLACE, WOODSTOVE, OR PELLET STOVE FOR A FULL 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR INSPECTION ***

Pre-Sale Real Estate Chimney Inspection

Pricing is as follows: $199 covers the level 2 inspection of one chimney.
